Learn how to properly breath from your sleeping baby

Did you know your baby could teach you how to breath properly to effectively work your abdominal muscles, aid in relaxation and improve immunity? Who knew? Women have a tendency to take shallow breaths because they will do whatever it takes to have a flatter stomach. This results in shallow breathing or “chest breathing”.

Meet Kat. She is a San Diego mom of 2 girls, 2.5 and 4 months, a wife, a business owner, and works full time at her preschool. She is busy! When Marie Humphrey started the Family Kayak Adventure Center in 2002 she wanted to offer something that a family could do together in all age groups. Each kayak seats two.Family Kayak Adventure Center welcomes children from 2 years old to 9 years old with an adult. Children 10 years and older can partner with each other.

You are pressed for time so 20 or 30 minutes to grab some cardio is just that. It is not time to brainstorm for a new route. The monotony often leads to burn out and ultimately just dropping the walking or running routine all together.
