Do I need to purchase equipment to start training?
NO! We bring everything to you and show you how to use things you already have to Fit Fittness into Motherhood.
Can I train with a Friend?
Absolutely!!! Check out our group rates!
Can I bring my children?
Yes! It is up to you! The children love to participate and almost always show us up in the flexibility category! It helps instill life-long habits of living a healthy active lifestyle! When you bring your children there is no need to arrange for childcare. We also understand if you want to take an hour to yourself and just focus on you! Every session, It is completely up to you! Everyone is different and has different needs! Moms B Fit LLC adjust to meet YOURS!
Can I reach you with questions on days we are not scheduled to meet?
You bet! Moms B Fit’s policy is to return your call, e-mail, text or however you want to reach us the very same day! Enroll in one of our Premium Packages and you will have 24 hour access to our online training and nutritional program!
What is your cancellation policy?

Why exercise during Pregnancy?
According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (ACOG) exercising for at least 30 minutes a day on most days throughout pregnancy can benefit your health by:
- Reducing backaches, constipation, bloating, and swelling
- May help in the prevention or treatment of gestational diabetes
- Increasing your energy
- Improving your mood
- Improving your posture
- Promoting muscle tone, strength, and endurance
- Helping you sleep better
Women who exercise during pregnancy may also experience a reduction in active labor and have a lower incidence of caesarean section births. Weight bearing activities such as walking, jogging and low impact aerobics, protect against bone loss while breastfeeding. Women who exercise during pregnancy have a reduction in back pain, leg cramps, constipation, and hemorrhoids. They also have a decreased incidence of bladder control issues both pre and postpartum. These are the facts!
Exercise during pregnancy works to maintain the highest level of fitness possible when compared to your pre-pregnancy fitness level, clients like mine who come into pregnancy strong, healthy, and aerobically fit and continue an exercise during pregnancy return more quickly to their pre-pregnancy weight than women who do not exercise!
Will exercising while pregnant impact my baby?
Exercise is not only beneficial for the mom-to-be, but there is research that shows that it may benefit the baby as well. Babies that are born to moms who exercise have a lower percent body fat and may correlate into a lower rate of heart disease and diabetes in adulthood. These babies also have a lower incidence of colic and have greater neurodevelopment scores in language and motor areas at age 5.(
Can I exercise if I am breastfeeding?
Yes, yes, yes! In fact weight bearing activities such as walking, jogging and low impact aerobics, protect against bone loss while breastfeeding.
Do I need my clearance from my Doctor before starting a prenatal exercise program?
YES!!! This is for the safety of both you and your baby! Expecting Moms B Fit LLC Clients must have a written clearance from their MD’s before starting or continuing their training program!
When I am pregnant, does my heart rate have to stay under 140bpm?
NO! This guideline was put in place by the ACOG (The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) In 1984 after studies on pregnant animals. In 1994 an Addendum was added eliminating the 140bpm heart rate rule and using the “talk test” as a guide to aerobic intensity level!
When can I start working out after my baby?
1st things first…Moms B Fit LLC Requires you have a written medical clearance from your MD before returning to an exercise program.
As a general rule if you had a vaginal delivery you should wait 10-14 days before specialty training and 6 weeks before returning to your regular fitness program. Small interval walks are encouraged 2 weeks post delivery and 30 minute walks after 4 weeks!
If you had a C-Section you should wait 3-4 weeks before returning to a specialty class and 6-8 weeks before returning to a regular fitness program
How soon until I am my pre-pregnancy weight?
Be Patient! As a new mom, it is important be both persistent and patient with yourself during this time! On average it takes anywhere from 6-12 months to be back to pregnancy weight. There are many variables here. Some controllable, some not! Genetics, how much weight you gained during your pregnancy, your activity level pre pregnancy, during your pregnancy and following your pregnancy and your diet!
